We are actively seeking skilled UPS Technicians with expertise in servicing critical power systems. This role requires travel and flexibility, with most clients based across the state of Ohio. We have openings for Level 1 through Level 4 Technicians.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3+ years of experience in Critical Power Systems, Battery Technologies, and/or Electronics (relevant coursework and internships also considered).
- High School Diploma or GED required; relevant technical certification or education preferred.
- Valid, unrestricted State Driver's License.
- Ability and willingness to pass customer entrance requirements, including background checks and drug screenings.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Proficiency in reading schematic drawings and knowledge of troubleshooting, testing, and repair techniques.
- Availability for weekend work as needed.
- Willingness to travel extensively to key client locations.

Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on UPS and critical power equipment for a variety of industrial clients to ensure 24/7 operability.
- Conduct commissioning-focused design reviews, prepare test procedures and reports, and oversee on-site testing to guarantee optimal functionality.
- Collaborate with Service Engineers and cross-functional teams to uphold and enhance system reliability.
- Travel frequently to client sites, including overnight stays as required, to provide timely and comprehensive support.
- Lead and participate in training sessions for in-house field service teams and external customers.
- Prioritize and complete work order requests, ensuring each job is performed to a high standard of technical skill and customer service.
- Maintain key business relationships with vendors and clients, addressing and resolving customer concerns promptly.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Methods of Procedures (MOPs) and Scopes of Work (SOW).
- When not on client sites, assist with equipment testing, troubleshooting, and system rebuilds at the main office.
